Isaac Chukwuleta
CEO & Founder
Chukwuleta Isaac is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RE-cycleME Solutions, a youth-led sustainability and circular economy venture reimagining plastic waste as economic value across African communities. His work sits at the intersection of climate action, technology, and social inclusion using recycling, data, and incentives to address plastic pollution, unemployment, and environmental awareness at scale. Driven by a deep belief that sustainability must work for people, not just policies, Isaac has led RE-cycleME to impact over 1,000+ community members, engage 500+ informal waste pickers and households, and create 50+ direct and indirect jobs, while recruiting and empowering 200+ youth ambassadors across campuses and communities. His approach emphasizes dignity, access, and opportunity especially for young people and those in the informal sector.
Isaac is widely recognized as a rising voice in Africa’s climate and innovation ecosystem. He is a finalist at the Naija Climate Hackathon, a member of the Commonwealth Youth Ministerial Group (CYMG), and was recognized as the youngest innovator at the Annual Blue Economy Showcase by OceanHub Africa. He has also received an invitation to the Neoteric Summit 2026 in the United States, reflecting growing international interest in his work and leadership.
Beyond building RE-cycleME, Isaac is deeply invested in nurturing the next generation of sustainable leaders. Through community outreach, youth programs, and advocacy, he champions practical climate solutions that are locally grounded yet globally relevant. His leadership style blends innovation with empathy anchored in the belief that young people, when trusted and equipped, can drive transformative environmental and economic change.
